Good mornig. I already had the same problem some time ago. I´m not receiving the data for BMF. The charts are not been build. I took a screen image: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1572871664469.png The screen shot is old, but the problem is the same. Thank you. |

The UMJ20 remaing with the same problem. And its not getting the historic form yesterday as well. The last information i receive was the opening from tomorrow, just the first 30 minutes.

We apologize for the delayed response and we did look at this contract earlier and we did see that it was updating during the trading day on 2020-03-26. So although you observed not receiving data, we did not observe a problem at the time we looked. The missing historical data is now patched. Follow the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart We are working on another source for this data. So longer-term this issue will get resolved. This is just a time-consuming process on the business side we have to go through. We think Barchart obtains this data from CQG. So apparently CQG had a problem and then apparently Barchart had a problem as well, so we are facing problems from two sides.
