With my new account, I am unable to receive live premium ES-INX I have subscribed to S&P indices There is no choice you had before (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ) showing up on your subscription page What do I need to do to receive this ES-INX live data Thanks |

To get real-time data for this premium symbol ESM20-$INX requires both the cash index exchange and the futures exchange on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You do not have the futures exchange and that exchange is now only available on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. However, those premium symbols are now considered the older method of how to do premiums. Sorry to bother you with this again I have already created custom symbol but limited to live data and calculation only. I use premium as part of my trading decisions and historical and live in one continuous chart is helpful for me. are you planning to provide futures exchange feed for sierra data in near future? if yes will this give live and historical premiums . I subscribed to Denali futures/s $P indexes but it did not give me premium esm20-$inx live data so I will assume Denali does not provide this data. If there is any other way I can accomplish this please let me know. Thanks Gaurang |
