Hello, I can't receive live data from Eurex exchange if I connect with my SC Data Feed account. The message Log says Logon error received from server: Connection Limit Exceeded. I have two copies of Sierra running, one with my CQG account and one copy with SC Data Feed. Although I can access live CME data ( on SC Data Feed instance ), Eurex doesn't work. Why is that? |

This means that you have two installations of Sierra Chart using the data feed. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Connections You need to disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds on the installation where you do not want the EUREX data, and reconnect to the data feed.
