I was downloading data after yesterday´s interruption for all markets which I am trading currently, using the EDIT->Delete all data and download function. And I successfully downloaded data for all markets except EMD. If I do the same on EMD, I still see the gap from 16:22 until 16:38 GMT. And BTW. I am missing also data for EMD for today from 13:24 until 13:30 GMT. Any toughts? |

Please perform a download from just before 13:24 by right clicking before the missing data and select Delete Data and Download.Also, when you are missing only some data, please avoid the use of Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Instead just right-click before the missing data and select Delete Data and Download. It is more efficient and creates less load on the server. It is not working. I tried also before yesterday´s interruption and also before today´s gap. All of the settings look correct for Interactive Brokers for EMD. We have also restored the missing data. Go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Now I got the missing data from 9th of January but I am still missing approximately 6 minutes from 10th of Jan from 13:24 until 13:30.

When analyzing the last two days of trading we can see their was/is no trading in EMD from 8:26 to 8:29 New York time . So what you see is normal.
