v2060, the changes you made/settings you recommended did not fix it, this problem documented here is still occurring regularly: https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?ThreadID=45561 The video attached there shows the same problem, even set to Constant Range. How can this be fixed? |

No changes were made by us. Not really sure what your problem is but provide a screenshot of the Scale Settings window for the Trading DOM. I meant Reset/Constant Range didn't fix it. Attached is a screenshot of the Scale settings. Note the problem is only intermittent but consistently recurring over a long time. Also I use a Watchlist to switch symbols on the DOM, and sometimes switching and switching back fixes it. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-03-26 02:39:38

1. This problem recurred today. Will you please respond to help with this? 2. Also other times double clicking on the price on the DOM re-centers it, but when this problem is happening, it does not re-center? |

That looks like a problem where the distance between each tick increment is just too much. We do not know what you did previously to get into that condition. It does not happen on its own. You need to perform an Auto Scale of the Chart DOM: The Chart DOM Scale: Auto Scale the Chart DOM And you must always use a Constant Range scale on the Chart. Do not use automatic. ---- Another thing to try is to set the Constant Range Mode Option to Re-Center when the Last Bar Exceeds a Certain Number of Ticks from Center and then set the Ticks from Center to a value that gives you some range on the window. Also set the Update Interval to something that works for you - this is how long it takes to move back to center when it is beyond the range set in the other settings. Refer to the following for more information: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Constant Range Scale Modes >> Re-Center When The Last Bar Exceeds A Certain Number Of Ticks From The Center Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
