I have done everything the help links show. I have updated and went through everything in the charts and on my computer. I need to get this fixed asap.

I just set it to Eastern. My charts are set to New York as well.

How did you set the time zone to Eastern? It is not a matter of just changing the time. Your computer's clock also has a time zone setting.
