Error Message on Alert Log

Hi, I have recently (last 2 days) been receiving the following error message in my alert log. The alert log pops up over my charts when trading. The error message is as follows: "Alert message error: The support@sierrachart.com was opted out from receiving Alert notification messages, contact Sierra Chart support." I would like to know what is causing this error and how I can fix it to eliminate the alert message log from popping up. Thanks. |

You have an alert that is set to have an email sent and it is trying to use the email associated with your account, but that is not set properly. Either uncheck the option to have an email sent or set your correct email for your account.
