Hello, In regard to the picture below, I will try too short the market at $2384.00 in its current position. Instead of putting a sell limit order at $2384.00, it will sell me at market ($2385.25). Please help me with this, thanks in advance.

You cannot put a Sell Limit at a lower price than the market, as the current Market Price would give you a better fill. You would need to make it a Stop Limit in order to do this. I tried this on my DOM and couldn't get it to work correctly - I will post an image below. I have the order type set as "Stop-Limit" and I clicked on the price 2373.00 on the BID column attempting to get filled as a buy when the market hit this price. Instead, I got filled at BID MRKT price. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong, thanks.

If you clicked in the Chart DOM then this would explain what is happening. When you click in the DOM, the actions are defined by the settings as defined here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart DOM Settings It does not use what is defined in the Trade Window for the Order Type at that time.
