I am having issues obtaining accurate P/L data from the trading window. One momemnt I am up and then down, and the trade. There seems to be a delay in data in regards to trading P/L and trade fills. Please get me access to web based trading panel as well. Never had this issue before, just switched over from CGQ to SC trade routing this past week or so. |

Daily Profit/Loss I have been trading ZN Bond Futures only tonight, I need to figure out if I am at a loss or gain right now, don't want to trade until this is cleared up. |

What is the Session Start Time of the chart or Trading DOM set to? Did you initiate a new position this evening? Or were any prior positions closed out. Could you also please update to the latest prerelease: Software Download: Fast Update There is a new option. Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Filter Initial Fills Which are Part of Existing Position. Make sure that is enabled. And also set Chart >> Chart Settings >>Advanced Settings 2 >> Order Fills Start Date-Time to 0.
