I’m very confused on payment procedures. I put $140 into account so the payments can be applied but it’s still telling me that my services will end on March 16, 2020. Is there not a page where all services are listed and I can allocate each one of them for payment. Very confusing payment structure. How do I allocate payment toward the services so my services are not cut off?

Yes.

What you need to do is set the particular Service Package you want to use and the number of Months you want to pay for at a time. This is done here:

I think I did it right for the both of them. Actually I might have done the monthly base twice which was a mistake but oh well. Just want to make sure the Denali data service was paid because the options weren’t the same as the base monthly service.
