Problem with CTS Simulation

I´m having a problem setting SC up with CTS Simulation(SC version 1068). CTS confirmed that login should work with SC. Data/Trade Service Settings: I entered the username/password/firm from CTS, downloaded the new symbol list and tried opening the YM march contract, no luck. Login Data do work with CTS webtrader. I have no problems with a "CTS-T4 Simulation" account. It is running and working. YM works as well.

Could you select Window >> Show/Hide Message Log and press the Send For Analysis button. Type a short message and then press Send. Let us know when this is done. We need to look the log over and we have not done this yet . We need to forward this over to CTS with information so they can look over the problem. We only hope, they do not say that you incorrectly entered the password. If they do, then we are stuck. Either you have the incorrectly entered the password or something is wrong on their side. Wow, I have to apologise for waisting your time, this is what happened: I created a keyboard shortcut for attached orders using the letter "A". Problem is my CTS password contains the letter A. So even if you type in the correct password a hundred times, the letter "A" is blocked, so there was one letter missing in the password.
