Hello, I currently trade Futures and use the Denali Feed. I am happy with this. I just want to be able to pull charts for ETFs and stocks on the NYSE and NASDAQ using Sierracharts, i do not wish to trade ETF/STocks with Sierracharts, I only want to analyze the charts for them on Sierrachart. How do I do this without deactivating my Denali Feed? |

You just need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for stock data: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed And the cost of that data feed is going to be discounted by 10 USD since you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Or if you just require historical data for stocks there is no additional cost . You just need to install another installation of Sierra Chart for the stocks: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I am now looking to add Exchange: Index Cboe, currently I am on Denali Feed. In order to get the CBOE index data, I need to activate the sierra chart exchange data feed. If I do that, will it disconnect my Denali Feed? I still wish to use the Denali feed because I use it for 2 separate trading accounts. Is it possible to have both the Denali Feed and SC exchange data feed at the same time? I didn't want to proceed because I do not want to risk causing problems for my trading. |

Yes, you can have both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed running at the same time. They provide different data from each other.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Since Package 5 is paid for my current Denali with 2 connections on 2 separate directories, If I add the equities feed, have to pay $25 ( for 150 symbols ) + ( less $10 credit ) + { selection of exchange feeds } can I run the equities feed from : A) 1 out of 2 existing directories ? or B) need to install on a 3rd directory ? or C) "Run as separate sub-instance" from 1 out of 2 existing directories ? Above is all from the same Sierra userID. |

You can use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in only one main installation of Sierra Chart and it can also then be accessed in the sub instances of that installation.

In that case, existing user ID is used to launch a 3rd separate directory & select only : "SC Data - All Services" The Denali on my other 2 separate directories can run concurrently. Correct? |

Hello, I am using the Denali Exchange Data feed for CME futures quotes and just added the Sierra Chart Real Time Data Feed to get live intraday quotes for US equities. Does sierra still offer a $10 discount on the real time data feed if you are using the denali feed as mentioned above? I see the full charge of 35.50 for next month's renewal fee under the "Make a Payment" section of the website. Thanks in advance.

Does sierra still offer a $10 discount on the real time data feed if you are using the denali feed as mentioned above? No because the Denali Data Feed price has been reduced by 10 USD per month and even more when you purchase multiple months of the Service Package since it is now included with service packages.
