I know you'll say send the charts but does anything pop out at you re this.

A friend sent me a study to add to my charts. It stopped working after a few days and then we realised I was on the 32 not 64. Got on 64 and study reappeared on my charts. Then middle of last week it disappears again from chart(yes it is still in the studies). Over weekend I went to play back to review Friday's action. Guess what? In the playback mode the studies are there! This morning, in real time, the study isn't showing on the chart.

Ideas? Yes, I am on 64.
