I have been through the items on the support board. The issue is that it had been loading very quickly, then it slowed down despite me changing nothing, then I reduced the number of charts and chartbooks. This sped it up somewhat, but whereas it used to get loaded up very quickly, it's now taking 10-15 minutes to load. I'm really not sure where the issue resides.

30.12 explains how to improve chart data loading times:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.12 - Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. Historical Data Record Time Frame.

We can still give you a call.

It is very frustrating that I keep getting pointed to the support board and that my question is never actually addressed. The point is that the behavior of SC has changed at a point when I had not made any changes to it. Changing the 'historical record time frame' may indeed have an impact, but it does not address the fact that SC was working for me, and then it wasn't working nearly as well, seemingly out of the blue.

As someone who purchased the full version of Ninja and has used probably 10 different trading platforms, I love SC and think it's the absolute best. I really do. I'm happy to pay for support, even. But this support process of having to use a board and go back and forth and not just being able to get a hold of someone is extremely frustrating.
