v2052, can you check the price display formatting is correct on 6J? I have recently updated symbol settings, but see 6J pricing shows as 0.9xxxx, CME quote shows .009xxxx? 1. What are the correct settings? 2. How can they be fixed? 3. I was able to place a live trade with this incorrect pricing, how is that possible? |

There was a problem with the price multiplier for this symbol. This is now resolved. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You will need to re-download the data in Historical Daily charts: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
And you would need to apply the symbol settings to the chart: Global Symbol Settings: Applying Global Symbol Settings to Existing Intraday Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. 1. Is it fixed on J7 and M6J also? 2. Will set CME session times be preserved when updating symbol settings? 3. How was the live trade possible with orders based on the incorrect prices on the chart? |

Is it now MJY for the micro yen? How can one check and know if these settings are correct for others/all symbols? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-03-05 03:39:02

We will check on that one as well. The settings are definitely correct at the time they are being set but we think the exchange may change the format and that is where problem arises at some point. In all of our experience, this kind of issue really only affects the Yen. It is not something we see with other contracts. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
