I have been adding 2 more real time connections since Oct 2019. However, I was not allowed to activate the additional connections for Mar 2020 as per attached. Please advise how to solve the problem asap. Thanks. Regards, Kenia |

Please let me know where or how can I pay HKF exchange fee for 2nd and 3rd connections as the page in Account Control Panel >> Exchange Data Feed Features does not show the place for me to make payment. It only allows me to renew the exchange fee for the first connection.

Is it possible to allow multiple connections by paying connection fee only until the system is available for us to make exchange fee payment for each connection?

No it definitely does not apply to the real-time connection or the exchange fee. Only to the Service Package itself.
