I am getting an INITIALIZATION ERROR: Error creating the alert manager object. If you need more help, contact Sierra Chart Support for assistance. I downloaded new version and I got this message. I re downloaded previous version and I still get this message. Once message ERROR comes up the software stops and will not upload. DAVID |

We see what potentially can cause this. Go to the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to on your system and rename this file: SCAlerts.json To this name: SCAlerts.json.noread After this attach this file: SCAlerts.json.noread to this thread. After re naming folder, I tried to log in and it now works! What caused this?

I did what you said......... Go to the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to on your system and rename this file: SCAlerts.json To this name: SCAlerts.json.noread after doing this, software booted up. |

I have the same problem. But I dont even got the SCAlerts.json in my sierra chart folder.
