Hello, I will open a trading account with AMP very soon. I need some info about your new service 1)When I am inside the AMP portal at the question. "Which Datafeed?" I choose Sierra Chart TT-W(FIX) - $20 per month (SC-Denali Exchange Data Feed) You receive for that, the money through my AMP account every month? 2)I want Sierra Package 3 that is free with Amp. I need to subscribe package 5? 3) Eurex non pro 20 Eur is billed monthly through AMP via my account? 4)the 0.10$ fee per side is confirmed or it's more than 0.10$? And is it calculated daily by AMP like CQG on my AMP daily statement? 5)After following these steps what I have to do? Update my profile on Sierra Chart with the confirm of my new choice? I have to set up also TT WEB desktop? 6)In case Sierra Chart went down may I place orders through TT Desktop web and or TT Mobile (if the mobile version does exist...) In this case I have to set up the TT WEB desktop before? 7)What is the cost of colocated server (Aurora etc.) to reduce ping reponse? And since I am from Europe this thing has any sense? 8)There are other costs? Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-02-27 13:40:39

We apologize for the delay with the response. 1. Yes we think this is correct. 2. The Advanced Service Package 5 is available through AMP as well. Just request that from them. 3. If you require EUREX, then you need to pay for everything through your own Sierra Chart account. Here are the general instructions for this: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SummarySetupInstructions 4. It is .10 USD per contract per side. In your case because you require EUREX data you will need to pay for this through your own Sierra Chart account. 5. Our recommendation is to tell us if you want to proceed and we will help you through the setup process. This will be easiest for you, and ensures there are no mistakes made. 6. Sierra Chart has its own web-based trading panel: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#WebBasedTradingPanel 7. You can have a look around. If you want a server on ultra low latency network it is going to Cost you around 2500 USD a-month. 8. There is a cost for the data feed as well in addition to Sierra Chart: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Once again we will help you through the setup process.
