Need help with a study collection that I got from someone else

I'm fairly new to Sierra. Up until this point I have only used a few charts in Sierra, but never any DOMS. I just got a Study Collection from someone but I am not sure how to open it properly. The instructions say "This study collection can be applied to any chart, but mostly makes sense only on those with an activated trading DOM". None of my current charts has a DOM attached. How do I get this Study Collection to work as intended?

First, to turn on the Chart Trading DOM select Trade >> Chart Trading DOM On.
