I'm unsure what is required to fulfil the Uniform Market Data Subscriber Agreement. Trading Account Number - Is this the Interactive Brokers No? Clearing Firm - Is this Interactive Brokers? Name of Salesperson / FCM - I have no idea. |

The trading account number would be your Interactive Brokers account. The clearing firm would be Interactive Brokers. For salesperson just simply put "not known".
