I am new to Sierra and pack 5 and the account is working fine. However, I have not been able to setup the charts the way I want after reading all the documentation which is confusing as a new user. It is mainly the options and appearance of using Numbers and DOM. Can I pay for a service call to have someone login to help make some basic changes and ask a few questions? 15 minutes on a call with an expert would save me hours trying to figure it out on my own.

Called and talked with customer. Helped them get through some of the initial setups and showed them around the software.
