There currently is a problem with the multicast feeds that carry the ES and some other symbols from the CME to one of our servers. We did notice this problem earlier today and we restored the data feed, but later there continued to be a problem. We have prevented users from connecting to that server and downloading historical data from that server. You should be fine now. If you are missing any data in your Intraday charts, follow the instructions and help topic 7.1 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html#RefreshWithData We do apologize for the late reply, we have been monitoring this and taking steps in the background to resolve the problem. There is a basic procedure to follow in this particular case: Select File >> Disconnect Select File >> Connect to Data Feed to go to the other server. If you are missing data, follow the instructions in help topic 7.1. This is all that has to be done. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
