Usually this problem is because you do not have a tick by tick data configuration:

We have looked into the problem, confirmed the issue, and we will resolve it.

Actually the problem is because the underlying chart bars are set to 1 Tick (Number of Trades = 1). A temporary solution will be to set them to 1 Second.

I'm testing a version in 1075 and it seems the problem was solved with kagi chart, thanks for the timely response
