The formula: = PREVIOUSDAYCLOSE > 0 shows "Error: #NAME?" in the alert log. By contrast, something like "= DAILYHIGH > 0" works as expected. I am connected to the data feed. Incidentally, what I really need is to see the Daily Change Percent -- is this available for an alert formula, instead of calculating it myself? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-02-06 02:01:07

At some point PREVIOUSDAYCLOSE changed to PREVCLOSE. We have updated the documentation to show it as PREVCLOSE now. We apologize the documentation was not up-to-date. In terms of Daily Change Percent, you would have to calculate it yourself. You can do it either in the Alert itself, or by using the Arithmetic studies to create a Subgraph that would have the value you want that you could test against.
