Hi, I'm using Sierra chart provided stocks data. Today 3 february at 6:21 eastern time, I chart stock AIMT premarket. It seems not all trades show up on chart. For example, on a 5mn chart between 05:40 AM and 06:15 AM it shows no bar in the chart, yet, trades happened as I was watching it live on another program. And now again it is 06:24 and many transactions do not appear on the chart since 06:15. It's not the first time I notice the stocks feed provided from Sierra chart skips some data on stocks. Is this a known issue? Does it come from the feed? Sierra Chart? Or a bad setting on my end? |

See difference of chart from same period. One is Sierra, the other TC2000. The Sierra chart seems much less complete. Why is that? |

All we can say is there are some trades filtered out because they are not meant to be updating the last trade price or volume. This is according to standard specifications. We will make a change on one of our servers to see if that helps with increasing the number of trades in the premarket and does not cause any unexpected prices in the chart. Ok please let me know when it is changed so I can test. Fact is that many trades are missing when I compare to my broker's times and sales and any other stocks chart package. |

Check back next week. And if we cannot do any better, then understand if the data feed does not meet your expectations, discontinue it if you are not happy with it.
