dax futures not tradable?

I have the futures service with AMP + TT. The two dax futures (FDAX and FDXM) doesn't show any addition info in the Current Quote window, like its not tradable. I checked on the Amp website and it looks like they support those two instruments. Any idea whats going on? I am getting real time data for it.
