For contract rollovers with a setting to automatically rollover and back adjust using date, does reopening Sierra Charts after shutdown and/or data feed reconnection classify as "chart >> reload and recalculate"? If not is it possible to implement an alert set to the rollover date established in global symbol settings so that on the appropriate date the user is reminded to "reload and recalculate"? Thank you for the assistance the past two weeks since the last Gain Capital data hiccup. I've switched to Denali and it has been a welcome change. I'm approaching the point of moving from Gain completely and using another broker to utilize Sierra Chart order routing. The last steps are this contract rollover question and configuring Trade DOMs and "testing". |

Yes.If you have modified the default rollover rules in the Global Symbol Settings, make sure you have enabled this setting for them to go into effect: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Had no special symbol settings, all default. I will check again on next rollover. Thank you for assistance.
