Was having trouble getting a data feed to my third instance of SC, After working with John over the phone he got on a sub instance on one and then all 3 instances were working fine. Today I did that data switch to comply with CME rules on the first of every month. But I could not find a sub instance category in the Data/Trade service settings. Not sure of next step. Will know Mon.if still getting data on that third instance.

Actually I found a DTC- Sub Instance category in the service settings. Will try that.

You only need to connect the main instance of Sierra Chart to your trading account. And yes it does sound as though you were previously using DTC-Sub Instance.
