IQ Feed Not Showing Market Depth

Hello, I am using IQ Feed for data, I am trying to pull up a market depth window but there is only one level of depth. How can I add more depth levels. I only have this problem using IQ Feed. I have tried going to global settings and to the sc server settings. No dice. I tied going to chart > chart settings > advanced setting 3, still no dice. Please advise. Thanks |
