Trades completed in the new version (2040) are missing in Trade Activity Log

Hello! Today I made some trades in version 2028. Then I updated SierraChart to version 2040 and made 3 trades. After relaunch SierraChart 2040 last 3 trades are missing. These trades are missing in Trade Activity Log. These trades are not added to DPL in Trading DOM. I rolled back SierraChart to version 2028. Missing trades visible in Trade Activity Log. I'm using Rithmic paper trading connection. |

After relaunch SierraChart 2040 last 3 trades are missing. Make sure you have the controls set properly on the Trade Activity Log to see them:Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Otherwise, there definitely should not be a problem with this. So we are unsure of the issue in your case. There is nothing wrong on the Sierra Chart side with this. Maybe the problem is just that the query has not completed and is taking a long time. That would be probably the best explanation. After select Convert Trade Activity Format DPL is 0. In Trade Activity Log I see all my trades if I selected All Accounts. If I selected current account Trade Activity Log is clear.

Therefore, the problem is with the Trade Account field. Look at that field and see what it is set to for the order Fills.
