Please active package 5.I mistakenly posted payment in wrong account. It is now in transact account but service package 5 will not open. As I pay you direct, not transact. How long is this suppose to take please.

I am confused and frustrated.. Originally, 11/22/2019 after making payment in this account I was charged by you for service PKg 5 @ the 30% discount. Here are the instructions and comments from you in this account...

11/22 I ask:I am with transact and asked them to enable me to get the service 5 package direct from SC. I opted out of transact platforms and they said
I was now enabled to pay you direct. Added usage credit. Unable to add pkg 5 as it says not available.Please advise

We apologize for the delay. We are doing this now. We only yesterday worked out the procedure with this, and we have to be careful with how this is handled to make sure billing is correct. And one of our developers was not available this morning to double check the procedure.


IF the money needs to be transferred back to other account then please do so. You advised me, yesterday to request transfer of payment to this account. Apparently we had a misunderstanding.... I just want pkg 5 @ the Transact 30% discount.. Please advise. I would like to get this completed ASAP. Thank you
