This error did not appear after I rolled 2036 back to 2020. I forgot to mention that I am connected to the Rithmic paper trading server.

Newer versions of Sierra Chart use your trading account identifier in the trade activity filenames. There must be a character in the trade account identifier, which is not supported by the file system. The solution in this case is to have your broker change the trade account identifier to something that does not conflict.
