Hi SC, I'm having issues with my data. Currently I'm using the SC DATA All Services Package level 5. My primary markets are CME symbol ES, Eurex symbol DY but do follow are major liquid futures. The issue is that at the end of the day on the close/settlement the High and low for the session do not match what is on the exchange unless I perform a DELETE/DOWNLOAD on each chart or I close SC and reopen it. I have some automated analytics that need to crunch after the close and expect SC to update historical bars at the end of the day (and perhaps continuously). I'm using all session symbols and typically leave my machine and SC running. Am I missing a configuration option? Appreciate the support. JS |

Hi SC Thank you for assisting me. I've updated to the latest version and do understand how to manually force the data to update. The issue is I need the chart to update itself automatically before a specific time each day as I use the calculated data at a specific time. The problem is that the DAILY chart updates throughout the day but for whatever reason is missing part of the session as the data does not match the exchange. When I execute a DELETE/DOWNLOAD at the end of the day the data is correct. Not sure why the charts don't properly update throughout the trading day but i do need them to be correct at the end of the session as I crunch the OHLC data after the close. I'll wait to see if the latest version update works tomorrow. Is there a solution that will force the chart to refresh itself after the session close when the data rolls to the next day? I always use the prior settled session data. Appreciate the support. |
