I have SC real-time package but the stock data appears to be delayed. I have signed up today. Perhaps I am doing something wrong. My next step was to signup for exchange for CME. Please look into my account.

The stock data will be delayed and there is not streaming data provided for stocks unless you pay for real-time data.

Why do you say that? You are certainly not paying for real-time exchange data at all. We do not know how you are coming to this conclusion. The exchanges charge for their market data and it is not free. And there are forms to fill out for it.

Perhaps your system is too complicated for me. So far I paid for Pkg 5 and prorated service for 1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection. $16 (prorated). I went back to my account and 1st connection is still not active.. when I click to activate it asks me to pay again
