incorrect time from clock

Hi, I have added 2 clock studies to my customer DOM. I have one for london time and one for new yoprk time. The chart is set to london BST. The London time is correct, however the new york time is set to +5hrsGMT rather than being - 5hrs. Please help. Thanks. Tim |
