I have had an issue about the past month where I have been unable to download historical data on my charts for several exchanged traded spread contracts.Below is the message log; Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.569 F.US.QPS1H20 Daily #27 | Reloading chart. | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.881 F.US.QPS1H20 Daily #27 | Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: E:\SierraChart\Data\F.US.QPS1H20.dly | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.881 F.US.QPS1H20 [C-FCSS-D] Daily #26 | Reloading chart. | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.990 F.US.QPS1H20 [C-FCSS-D] Daily #26 | Symbol Settings not found for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart. | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.990 F.US.QPS1H20 [C-FCSS-D] Daily #26 | There are no continuous futures contract symbols. Loading data normally. | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.990 F.US.QPS1H20 [C-FCSS-D] Daily #26 | Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: E:\SierraChart\Data\F.US.QPS1H20.dly | 2020-01-09 22:06:30.990 I have went through your guide to fix this but to no avail. Any ideas as to what the issue may be? |
