Unable to Display Historical market depth on ticker

Hello There, I'm using SC historical data feed only with service package 5 and trying to display historical market depth for one stock ticker "AAPL" and one Futures contract "ESH20". I'm unable to display historical market depth, though data candlestick is updating regularly on both charts. Can I display market depth (even if delayed) for US stocks and Futures with SC delayed data aka historical data feed? I've followed every step mentioned at page Market Depth Historical Graph and the troubleshooting market depth display at https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudiesReference.php&ID=375&Name=Market_Depth_Historical_Graph#MarketDepthHistoricalGraphNotDisplaying. When I open the trading DOM, there is nothing visible in terms of what data should look like. It is an empty DOM no matter what I do. Guideline for this is to connect data feed, which is you guys for me here. There is not any historical market depth data available from the Sierra Chart historical data servers. Only the depth data that has been recorded will be available and that will only be for futures. Hi, Thanks for the reply, I do understand depth data will be available for future only also if recorded, that's not the problem. I don't have the connection issue until I try to duplicate my original chart, remove all studies and add historical market depth study. This is why I sent you two message logs above. First one was when I did all as mentioned above to get market depth for future chart data. Second message log is not citing any connection issue, which was after I removed the chart in which I was trying to get recorded market depth. It would be helpful to know, why I see the connection issue when I try to record data for market depth. Nothing else anywhere has been changed. This is current message log which also doesn't have any connection issue. I've all non-standard ports blocked at my office, so I'm using port 80 to receive historical data feed currently. There is no issue with tick, renko, time or any other time based chart. Why with market depth data only? Today's message log, doesn't show any connection issues. Ok, don't worry about zero values on number bars. I deleted the symbol settings (where I set it to record market depth) and deleted and re-downloaded data. This sorted the number bars issue. Please help me with historical market depth display only. Thanks, |

Market depth data has to be recorded from data received in real time. You will only have that data which is recorded. Historical market depth data is never downloaded from the server because it is not available.
