help ! my DATA IS NOT WORKING

Hi, I was away in the usa and my SC was working fine, BUT I did have an issue with billing which caused the data to stop. Ray intervened and the data was resumed. We still need to sort that, BUT I am now back in the UK and have logged onto SC from my usual work computer and the data has stopped at 20 Dec!!!! The time clock on the footprint chart is correct with the chicago time I keep on it, but there is no data on any of the charts after 20 Dec. Help help help I am going to the grocery store now(it is 1130am UK time), I will also send a copy to Ray as I know he is on Spanish time. thank you for your help. karen |
