I recently created an account and had a free trial but I was not getting any data feed so I went ahead and paid for the 12 month standard package. I am getting data feed now but I can not use an analysis which require order flow data. I keep getting an error. I did an update to current version (SC 2028). I also closed the software and did a force login. Both did not work.

You need the Advanced service package . We have set your Sierra Chart account to that package. This will go into effect in a couple of minutes: Set active status for Service Package to '5 - Advanced' till 2020-10-09.
