NQ/RTY not loading on 2nd computer

I just transferred my chartbooks from my laptop to a new desktop for the first time and all the chart books loaded without issue except one that had daily charts of NQ and RTY. Only getting bars from dec 12 onwards for some reason, the same chart loads with all the requested bars on my laptop so im not sure whats going. I attached the charts and settings
