Hello, I have been subscribing to Denali data and was getting ES-202003-GLOBEX[M] but this current month, I get ES-202003-GLOBEX[CB] instead. What has changed? A I still getting real time data?

I activated the exchange, it said I do not have enough funds but I already paid for this month (January). Seems like I paying twice for the same data. >>> You need to activate the exchange you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed |

We do see that you now have activated the appropriate exchange but you activated two different exchange fees. You only need the one. The one with market depth if you require market depth.

Thanks for the response. I want the non-professional data without market depth. I'm using Interactive Broker's for market depth and order execution. I'm still not sure this is right because under the "Reccuring Services" page, it only say $3.25 monthly (aside from the Sierra Chart fees). I expected to pay about $20 per month for Denali data. Maybe you can correct this for me--your site is a bit confusing.

You have set the Denali Exchange Data Feed to not renew so the price of 25 USD is not listed in the recurring services. The exchange fee is 3.25 USD per month without depth. I am currently getting ES-202003-GLOBEX[CB][M] for market data. Does this mean I am getting accurate Denali data? What does [CB] stand for?
