I have a dual monitor setup. Is it possible to move just the DOM to one screen and have my charts on the other? I tried and the DOM seems “fixed” to the Sierra charts.

You have to Detach/Attach the Trading DOM, if it is not already, and then move the detached Trading DOM to the desired monitor. Is that to detach the chart or the DOM ? I just need the DOM detached so I can move it to the other screen opposite the chart.

When you want to move a chart or DOM to another monitor, you need to detach it first. So, dependant on what you want to move, you would detach it and move it to second monitor. The other option would be to open a second SC instance with a separate chartbook for the second monitor. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-01-03 17:27:22

What is unclear about this, is when you open a Trading DOM it is already detached. So we are puzzled about the question to begin with. Could you explain why it is attached?
