My Charts wont update.

right before the new year my charts stopped updating. figured when the market opened today they would catch up. but they did not. the market has been open for a few hours now and i cant seem to figure it out. ive tried restarting everything, as well as updating my charts. and advice would be very helpful. ill attach a picture, if it would help. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1577930481338.png |

Same problem with Green Charts. Stopped working around 4PM PST and is still not updating or showing any movement.

We are looking at alternative sources for this data that we expect to offer this year.
The problem is recurrent, same problem last year, this is a good news finally. DTS - SC Data - forex data hole on January 01-02 Please ensure that the new data feed respect these : - daily candle close (and last intraday candle obviously) is exactly at 16.59.59 EST, not 16.57 or 16.52 or similar - open on Sunday exactly at 17.00 EST, not 14.30 or 17.05 or similar - when CME is open FX MUST be open, holiday periods included (except 25.12 and 01.01) - when CME is closed FX MUST be open, holiday periods included (except 25.12 and 01.01) - very long historical data at least for the 28 main FX pairs - no holes in data or freeze during fast market TY |
