This error only occurs when the data file for a symbol is accumulated in minutes, not ticks, or seconds. The Chart Calculator Tool DIT seems to be calculating incorrectly. It seems to be adding a zero to whatever the result should be. So on a GC chart, instead of measuring 8 ticks, it will show DIT as 80. I have attached an image with an example: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1577732311383.png |

I'm having also having a problem with the CHART CALCULATOR but only with one of my charts...a 30 second chart of 6E. The chart calculator shows every tick as $12.50, even though under chart advanced settings 2 the correct amount is filled in as $6.25 per tick. My other charts of 6E are not having this problem. Today is the first day I've had a problem with the chart caculator not behaving correctly. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-24 03:53:29

This is because you are using Chart Trade Mode: Trade Menu: Chart Trade Mode On (Trade menu) Therefore the currency value is multiplied by the order quantity. So change the order quantity for the chart to 1: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
