Your documentation said that you provided direct support at $.75 per minute but it had to be prepaid. I then deposited $50 into my account but upon repeated requests to get this direct support you referred me to a 3rd party whom I had to pay direct. So, please refund to my Credit Card the $50 sitting in my account. Thanks.
