Time & Sales Window Not Populating

I have chart open, historical data loads fine...no problems. When I try to open "Open Time and Sales Window", the window pops up but no data shows. I have reloaded historical data, tried different symbols...all work fine on chart, just no streaming data shows in T&S window (completely blank). Must be something simple
