When I started HSX19 or HSF20 chart, it took over 1 hour to download the data, which is unacceptable.

This must be an issue with the Internet connection. However, refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Improving Historical Intraday Data Downloading Performance This data should have been downloaded in a matter of seconds.
