Hand Tool horizontal dragging

Hi, I use the handtool to drag to see previous price action on my candle price charts, but when dragging left the screen always shifts up and down according to the price movement. is there a way that i can drag it horizontally without the bars shifting up and down, just purely horizontally? thanks |
