I just got my data feed from CQG and once I enter it in Sierra Charts CQG WebAPI in Data/Trde Service settings, I am getting the message "Coonect to Data feed|Current service pakage does not support this function" and sending me to account control panel to renew my subscription. Do I need separate services from both CQG and sierra charts. My idea was to use CQG directly on sierra chart which I acquired thru Amps Futures. Please help Regards, |

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
