Hi first ,my best wishes ,you make every time a terrific job adding new functionality and improving SC software. I read through some threads that SC supports CQG Trading service but i can't find any documentation about how it works with SC. if you see here :http://deepdiscounttrading.com/TradingPlatforms.html there are different platforms offered now letting apart the differences among them , that they have to be evaluated based on own needs, I would know if i can already choose CQG as trading service. if yes: each version supports server-side execution ,does it work with Orders sent from SC ? Does Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Futures Data Feed can be use with CQG , i mean use SC as datafeed and CQG only for orders execution ? for whatever platform? We have not officially released CQG Trading support yet. It is done and we have completed the conformance test with CQG, however we do not have documentation prepared yet. We also need to work on the Symbol Settings. When you submit an order when using CQG or any service, it will be sent to the backend trading system. So execution is always server side. In the case of using CQG, you must use the Sierra Chart real-time and historical data feed, because we do not support market data from the CQG system. So there is an additional 35 USD for the data feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. ok thanks , i already planned to use your datafeed waiting until Eurex exchange is fully supported and hoping you can deal with ICE to get datafeed bundle , e.g 3 or 4 symbols at 30$ or less :D . could you tell me when CQG trading could be fully supported by SC? , just to better manage the change from my datafeed to yours and changing from ctst4 to CQG In the case of using CQG, you must use the Sierra Chart real-time and historical data feed, because we do not support market data from the CQG system
using your feed do i receive DOM data at that price ? how many levels can i receive ?

Hi Sierra Chart Engineering i was thinking if i continue to use CTS T4 , can i use your feed with CME and Eurex exchanges and CTST4 datafeed for ICE exchange ? as i read run a copy of SC to receive data from your datafeed and data from CTST4 and run another copies of SC that take data from it. the copy of SC that is receiving data can be set up in such manner? thanks |

EUREX should be available with the Sierra Chart data feed on January 2. ICE will be available as well, but there will be about a 95 USD exchange fee. There is nothing we can do about that. And we expect CQG trading support to be officially available within about a week or two. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. using your feed do i receive DOM data at that price ? how many levels can i receive ? can i use your feed with CME and Eurex exchanges and CTST4 datafeed for ICE exchange ? Yes. Absolutely. This will work seamlessly. You only need one copy of Sierra Chart to do this.Whatever exchange you do not subscribe to, you will get from your trading service. Although there was a small routing issue with this, and it has now been resolved. So you need to update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.
